• Excel Apple - believe it or not these guys would uncorrupt your file for free, when they were starting the business.  I suppose it's a way to get your name out there, as I should know.

• FDR Labs

• Intuit - the author of Quicken will try to repair data files of the software if requested.

• Ontrack - pretty much the biggest name in data recovery of any kind.
